WELCOME TO POULSHOT PARISH COUNCIL

Welcome to Poulshot Parish Council’s website. 
 

You will find information about the Parish Council,  details of our Councillors and Committees, finances and policies, meetings, copies of minutes, agendas. You can also find planning information on here, and other useful links to information from Wiltshire Council.

Poulshot Parish Council meets on a Tuesday of each alternative month at 7.30pm in The Village Hall, Poulshot Road, Poulshot. The Annual Parish Council Meeting is held in May, and Electors are voted in every 4 years.

The Annual Parish Meeting for the Parish of Poulshot is held in May each year for the clubs and societies in the village to provide updates on their yearly activities.  

The venue is accessible on flat ground. Public seating is provided, with agenda’s being accessible on our website. If you would like to attend and have any needs not mentioned here, please contact us and we will do all that we reasonably can to facilitate your visit. If you would like to record, film, or transmit from within the meeting, including using social media please let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

 

Every meeting is held in public, and the agenda, along with all public notices, is posted on the Public Notice Boards and on this website. You can find copies of the Minutes of meetings here, or receive a copy by contacting us.
